Alces Lake Campground — Whiteswan Lake Park

28 vehicle-accessible campsites, sunny and lakefront, at km 21. $22 per party per night. Gravel boat launch; electric motors only on Alces Lake; no towing. Sani-station at the entrance ($5, non-potable rinse water). The gate is closed in the off-season. Road access: gravel Whiteswan Forest Service Road, turning east off Highway 93/95 4.5 km south of Canal Flats (lake about 25 km from the highway). Pit toilets; groundwater hand pumps under a permanent boil-water advisory. No hookups. 2026 season May 13 to Oct 1; first come, first served (BC Parks also lists reservations for some campgrounds Jun 15 to Sep 15). Off-season camping allowed with no fees or services.
