About
Municipal campground run by the Village of Alert Bay on Cormorant Island (vehicle ferry from Port McNeill), a short walk from town and next to the Alert Bay Ecological Park boardwalk and forest trails. RV sites are serviced with water and 15- or 30-amp power; unserviced tent sites are also available. Showers, washrooms and a coin laundry (loonies), a sani-dump, fire pits and a covered BBQ/picnic area. Pets welcome. Open April 1 to September 30. Village rates: RVs (serviced) $35 a night, tents (unserviced) $20 a night. Online booking through Let's Camp.
