Brookvale Campground & RV Park is a family owned and operated campground on the east shore of Osoyoos Lake. 52 serviced campsites with water and electricity: tent sites (water and 15 amp), trailer sites (water and 30 amp) and 18 full-service sites (water, 30 amp and sewer). There is no sani-dump on site; a pump-out service visits three times a week. Maximum RV length is 35 feet. Facilities include coin laundry, coin hot showers, modern washrooms, a sand beach, a concrete boat ramp, camp store, children's play area and 12 cabanas. Campground water must be boiled before drinking. Pets are allowed for a daily fee. 2026 rates: off season $45 tent, $53 trailer, $56 full service; peak season (June 15 to September 7) $49, $57 and $60. The operator gives a fall/winter rate of $650 a month and takes long-term winter camping enquiries by email; the 2024–25 Destination Osoyoos snowbird guide lists 30 amp and water/sewer hookups with hydro included.
