Rates effective fall 2025: peak (May 15–Sept 30) $70–$105 a night, weekly Saturday to Saturday; off season (Oct 1–May 15) $55–$90 a night, monthly $1,540–$1,820 on most sites. Sites are winterized November–March (water off; power and septic still available).
