About
Large gated resort of leasehold RV sites and condos between Kelowna and Lake Country. Most sites are owned by leasehold members, but the resort also rents fully serviced back-in RV sites to non-members by the night: 50 amp power, water and sewer, cement pads with patio and picnic table. Nightly rates October 1, 2025 – October 1, 2026: $70 (October–April) and $90 (May–September). Monthly winter rate October 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027: $975/month including water, sewer and up to $100/month hydro. RVs must have flush toilets and be under 15 years old; no tents or pop-ups; no open fires. Wi-Fi is at four hotspots, not necessarily at the sites. Resort amenities include indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, washrooms and showers, coin laundry, playground, restaurant, store and off-leash dog park.
