About
Island View RV Resort is an all-season RV park on Lakeshore Drive, less than 5 minutes from downtown Osoyoos, with on-site owners and staff year-round. All sites have power, sewer and water, and guests choose 30 or 50 amp when booking. Free Wi-Fi is available in the patio/office area, not at sites. There is a private fenced sandy beach, a boat launch and dock, a playground, coin laundry open year-round and washroom/shower buildings (one open year-round). Pets are allowed (max 2). There are no tent sites; tents are allowed only alongside an RV. Posted rates for May 1, 2025 to May 1, 2026 run $60–$84 a night. Winter packages run October to April, including monthly stays and a 4–7 month snowbird package; monthly rates are plus electricity.
