Municipal campground on Cowichan Lake about 3 km west of town, past the arena on South Shore Road. Sites 2–30 and 35–38 have power and water (+$14/night); base site fee $44 per party incl. taxes; $3 online booking fee; reservations online only, 3-night minimum on long weekends. One vehicle plus one trailer/RV per site. Washrooms and showers, fire pits, limited first-come boat moorage at the wharf ($21/day). No sani-dump in the park — one is 5 minutes away in Lake Cowichan. Dogs on leash, not allowed on the beach. Operating season May long weekend to September long weekend; closed for 2026 as of September 8 with fall/winter maintenance.
