About
North Thompson River Park, just south of Clearwater on Highway 5, has 61 vehicle-accessible campsites at the confluence of the Clearwater and North Thompson rivers. Reservations are accepted and first come, first served sites are also available. Facilities include pit toilets, cold-water taps (shut off in the off-season), a sani-station ($5, during the collecting season), an adventure playground, a day-use area and campfire rings at each site. No hookups. 2026 fees: $33.50 peak, $23 shoulder. 2026 operating period May 1 to September 29; the gate is closed in the off-season.
