About

The North Campground of Okanagan Lake Provincial Park is laid out in three terraces overlooking Okanagan Lake, 11 km north of Summerland on Highway 97. 80 vehicle-accessible sites (including nine double sites), all reservable, with gravel pads, picnic tables and fire rings. Sites are on the lake side of the roads only. Pit toilets on the terraces plus a shower building with flush toilets near site 80; cold-water taps throughout (shut off off-season). Swimming area with buoys on a pebbly beach. No electrical, water or sewer hookups. Peak $51/night, shoulder $35/night (BC seniors $25.50), plus a $20 non-resident fee per stay. The gate is locked outside the operating season; winter camping is offered only at the South Campground. Pets on leash, not allowed on beaches or in buildings. The South Campground is a separate campground about 1 km away by trail.
