Ripple Rock RV Park is the RV campground of Brown's Bay Resort (one operation). Oceanfront and oceanview RV sites with 30- or 50-amp power and water and sewer hookups at every RV site; unserviced oceanview tent sites. Multiple washrooms with free hot showers, coin laundry, clubhouse, hot tub room, fitness room, playground, communal fire pit and BBQ areas, fish freezers, beach access, hiking trails, fishing pier, full-service marina, restaurant, boat and kayak launch. Open April 1 to October 31. 2026 rates: shoulder (Apr 1–May 31, Sept 16–Oct 31) lower $80 / upper $75 per night, $480/$450 weekly, $2,000/$1,875 monthly; high season (June 1–Sept 15) lower $85 / upper $80, $520/$480 weekly; tent sites $55 shoulder, $60 high.
