Family campground and suites at the south end of Penticton, directly across the road from the public sandy beach on Skaha Lake, next to the channel. Tent sites, water-only and 15-amp partial sites, full-hookup sites with 15 or 30 amp (some with cable TV), and 50-amp sites A16–A26. Picnic table at every site, washrooms with coin showers, laundromat, free Wi-Fi, clubhouse, mini golf, store, arcade and children's play areas. No wood fires (propane fire bowls allowed). 2026 off-season (May 15 – June 25, September 8 – 30) from $40; regular season (June 26 – Labour Day) $63–$85. Open year-round: winter sites F1–F28 run October 1 – May 15 at $1,250/month for back-to-back double sites, including two 30-amp receptacles, water, sewer and Wi-Fi; year-round sites A16–A56 also offered.

Year-round page: sites A16–A26 have 50A service, October–May daily rates $51 (120 days or less); water requires a heated hose in winter. Clubhouse showers and laundry open 9am–9pm October to May.
