Sun & Sand RV Park has been family owned since 1973 and describes itself as the only RV park right on Skaha Lake in Okanagan Falls. Fully serviced 30 amp sites, free Wi-Fi, coin laundry, clean washrooms and hot showers, a sandy beach, a 225-foot private dock and a playground with a water slide. Wood campfires are not listed at sites; the park guidelines permit propane fire pits. Posted nightly rates run $40–$85 plus tax (off-beach and beachfront, low to high season), with the season shown as April 15 to October 15. Small pets only, and no pets in daily rental sites from June 24 through the end of September long weekend. Seasonal sites are also offered by application.
