The Orchard at Oliver combines motel rooms and cabins with an RV park in an established fruit orchard, a short walk from town. Large, level gravel sites with shady grass areas and 50, 30 and 15 amp power, plus water, sewer, cable and Wi-Fi at each site and a picnic bench; sites range from private back-ins to pull-throughs suited to larger RVs. Facilities include washrooms, coin laundry, a clubhouse, BBQ patio and a communal fire pit. Online booking is available. From October to March the operator offers a flat RV monthly rate of $550 plus tax (limited availability), and says longer stays include full hookup; it also states it is a vacation resort and does not offer year-round living.
