Year-round oceanfront RV camping on the Campbell River estuary / Tyee Spit, minutes from downtown. Fully serviced sites with water, sewer and 30 or 50 amp power, level gravel pads, pull-through and back-in sites, RVs of all sizes welcome. Heated washrooms with flush toilets and hot showers, 24-hour coin laundry, paid Wi-Fi packages, fire pits in most sites, fish freezer. Pet-friendly options (high-risk breeds excluded). 2026 high season (May 1–Sept 30): Northside $62/night or $405/week; Southside $58/night or $385/week. Low season (Oct 1, 2026–Apr 30, 2027): 30A $53/night, $360/week, $975/30 days; 50A $56/night, $384/week, $1,050/30 days. The four cottages are not campsites.
