Ocean, lagoon and garden sites are all fully serviced (power, water, sewer, basic TV) with 30 or 50-amp power depending on site. 2026 rates: Ocean sites $79–$129 daily, lagoon/garden $69–$99; weekly and monthly rates (winter monthly Oct 1–Apr 30: $1,250–$1,395). Flush-toilet washrooms (wheelchair accessible), coin hot showers, coin laundry, fire pit and picnic table at every site, sani-dump, Wi-Fi hotspots, pet friendly.
